October =]

What is not to like in this month! For our family this is one of the most eventful months. Besides Halloween and the beautiful, cool, fall weather let me tell you everything that has happened to us in the month of October. First me and Cody started dating in senior year, I was baptised, we were married, we found out that we were having our first and our second baby, my father in law will be getting married this month as well, and hopefully a new thing to add to this list is we will move in to our very first home. Here are some things that have been happening in the Sorenson home.

We've been packing! the mound of our belongings has doubled since this picture.

We went to the Miramar Air show like we do every year! Its our own tradition =]

This was new at the air show this year. this thing moved around and shot fire out of its nose.

We finally went to Disneyland after some long waiting! Me and Cody hope to go with just to 2 of us for our anniversary. But seeing as we might be moving in then we might need to do it some other time.

Catching Up!

Since it has been almost a month that i have blogged i decided i needed to update! WE ARE MOVING! We found a condo in Calimesa and they accepted our offer so we are in escrow! For those of you that know our friends the Fishers (who just had a cute little boy join their little family!) we are moving into the same place! We are so excited and cant wait to have a place of our own. Here is what else that's been going on in our family.

The Waiting Game

So we are currently in the process of buying our first home which is such an exciting yet stressful process. The past 2 weeks i have felt like i am going to have a heart attack! I absolutely do not like the feeling of stress! But anyways we believe we have found our home. We put 2 offers on 2 different houses seeing as when we contacted our realtor with the list of houses we wanted to see, they were all sold! He showed us the first house and we fell in love. It isn't the prettiest house on the block nor the biggest, but we think its the one for us! It is on a huge lot which gives us room to grow =]. The second house we saw we also loved. It wasn't as tiny as the first and it felt more homey instead of appartmenty. What is funny is some friends from the church used to live there! So which ever offer gets accepted we will gladly take. Both of these homes have their perks and we would be absolutely happy with either of them. Hopefully my next blog post will be when we get our home =]

Dana Point

What is summer without a beach trip?! My parents invited us to join them this past weekend at their timeshare in Dana Point! When i was younger and living with them we would go pretty much every summer and i have soo many fond memories of this place! It was also Aiden and Dillans very first time at the beach! Aiden liked digging in the sand(he is such a boy) and running away from the waves. It was so fun to watch him take everything in! When the wave would recede he would get pulled with it and run towards the ocean laughing. We had to keep a close eye on him because of this reason! He has absolutely no fear of water!

Some other exciting news!! We soon might be homeowners!

Blessed

This little angel was blessed today and i must say his daddy did a great job for it being his first time. Aiden was blessed by grandpa since Cody didn't hold the priesthood yet. We tried to wait it out but Aiden was 3 months old and very heavy already. Dillan is also going to be 2 months old in 4 days! Wow how the time flies!
